Group Reservation – more than 10 rooms

Payment Conditions:

First payment (deposit): 50% of the total amount, to be paid no later than 1 month before arrival.
Second payment (remaining balance): 50% of the amount, to be paid no later than 1 week before arrival.
Last-minute bookings (less than 7 days before arrival): 100% payment required upon confirmation.
Non-compliance with payment terms: If payments are not made on time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation.
Between 29 and 14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee (deposit will be retained).
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
Partial cancellation: Up to 3:00 PM the day before arrival, 10% of the total number of rooms can be cancelled free of charge. For additional cancelled rooms, the first night will be charged.

Group Reservation – between 3 and 10 rooms

Payments:

100% prepayment required no later than 2 days before arrival.
Non-compliance: If payment is not received on time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation until 3:00 PM, 2 days before arrival.
Less than 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Partial cancellation: Until 3:00 PM the day before arrival, 1 room may be cancelled free of charge. For additional rooms, the first night will be charged.

Individual Reservation – up to 3 rooms

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 3:00 PM the day before arrival. Cancellations made within 1 day before arrival will be charged for the first night. In case of no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

Payment Terms – Flexible Rate:
Payment must be made in advance via an online payment link. Would you like us to send the link now or 4 days before arrival? Please note: if payment is not completed on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Payment must be made via an online payment link, which you will receive in a separate email. The payment link is valid for 24 hours. Please note: if payment is not completed on time, we will apply the cancellation policy and may cancel the reservation.
